SPVD TA
SPVD TA coating has good chemical stability and high hardness and excellent oxidation resistance and wear resistance. When processing high alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, the lifetime of SPVD TA-coated cutting tool is 3~4 times than the that of TiN-coated cutting tool. In the condition of high speed dry cutting, the best PVD coating is SPVD TA coating. It's performace is better than TiN by 4 times in the condition of high speed cutting.

SPVD TAThe good tractility of the SPVD TA coating is especially suitable for intermission cutting. Besides, the SPVD TA doesn't have sharp angle firm and crisp effect and will not show the phenomena of flaking off in the condition of intermission cutting. The SPVD TA coating can be coated on cast iron, stainless steel, nickel based high temperature alloy, Titanium alloy,tungsten carbide, golf heads, moulds etc. SPVD TA suits high speed, dry or half dry cutting and cutting harden steel.
